江戸時代から継承、発展が続く国内屈指の繊維産地である岡山の職人魂によるデニム素材に対する深い理解と、染め・織り・縫いの細部にわたる徹底的な探究の結果生まれる、至高のジーンズを提供しています。

Kojima, Okayama Prefecture, is renowned worldwide for its denim production area.
MOMOTARO JEANS was born here in 2006, where traditional techniques continue to be passed down.
We view jeans not as a fashion item, but as a beautiful "tool" that captures the wearer's daily life through aging, enriches their journey,
and creates a distinctive lifestyle.
Our ultimate jeans are made with the deep understanding of denim materials and meticulous attention to detail in dyeing, weaving, and sewing
by the craftsmen of Okayama, one of Japan's premier textile production areas that has been inherited and developed since the Edo period.

2011年始動。Japan Blue Jeansは、岡山・児島から生まれたデニムブランドです。
“デニム体験に、革新を。” をコンセプトに、ヴィンテージ然とした佇まいと心地よさを両立させるデニムを追求しています。
テクノロジーの発展によって生み出される画期的な素材や糸、テキスタイル、そして、岡山・児島に受け継がれる伝統的なものづくりを融合させることで、新たなデニム体験を創出していきます。

藍染めや手織りなど古来からの伝統を受け継ぎ、また、今まで培ってきたノウハウを駆使して当たり前とされていた従来の概念を打ち破る。
「青」という色の在り方を常に訴求しています。

Commitment to blue, fusion of tradition and high-tech, return to its origin. We inherit traditions from ancient times, such as indigo dyeing and hand-weaving, and also break down the traditional concept that was taken for granted by taking advantage of the know-how we have cultivated up to now.
